A useful first
message looks
like this.

    The brand
    A link to your store, a short note on the product, and where you currently sell — DTC, retail, marketplaces, or some combination.

    The numbers
    Approximate monthly revenue, current ad spend, and the metric you measure success against. Round numbers are fine; the point is the shape.
  3. — 03
    The question
    What would have to be true for the next twelve months to feel like a win? That answer tells us more about whether we can help than any list of services we could send back.
  4. — 04
    The timing
    When you'd want to start, and any context that's relevant — funding round, agency transition, founder bandwidth, anything else worth knowing.

We are intentionally a small studio. We onboard a maximum of six new engagements per year. If we can't take the work right now, we'll usually know someone good who can — and we'll make the introduction. The point of running this way is to do honest work; that includes being honest about fit.
