CASE 01

Confidential, DTC Skincare

Subscription · 2022—Present

A clinical skincare brand built around a proprietary delivery system. When we picked up the engagement, the brand had a strong product and a sub-seven-figure run rate; the growth ceiling was real and the creative library had been recycled past its useful life.

Over thirty-six months, the studio rebuilt the Meta account from the structure up, authored a new direct-response creative system that compounded across quarters, and designed the subscription offer that now anchors retention and lifetime value. We work as the embedded growth function, reporting directly to the founders.

Photoprotection · 2023—Present

A clinical photoprotection brand selling into a category where the marketing generally underestimates the customer. Our brief was to build the performance creative function and the conversion rate optimization program from a near-zero baseline.

The work began with a full diagnostic of the funnel — measurement, creative, page experience — and moved into a structured rebuild of the primary product page, a landing page suite for paid traffic, and a bonus-structure framework that aligned the in-house team to a single, defensible growth metric.

Confidential, Premium Hardware

Design-Led DTC · Project Engagement

A design-led hardware brand operating across a long consideration window — the kind of product where customers research for weeks before they buy. The engagement was scoped as a project: rebuild the performance creative system around a single hero product, redesign the testing framework around longer attribution windows, and structure a Meta account that respected the customer's actual decision rhythm.

The studio delivered a creative library and an account architecture that the in-house team continues to operate. The case is a useful example of how performance marketing has to bend to the product, not the other way around.

90-Day Engagement · 2024

A wellness brand with the classic mid-stage problem: the account was working, but it had stopped scaling. Our brief was a 90-day diagnostic and rebuild — full account audit, measurement reset, creative reboot, and a written plan for the next three quarters of growth.

The engagement reset the creative cadence to a sustainable weekly rhythm, re-anchored the team's measurement to a defensible MER target, and produced a documented account architecture the founders could operate without us. A model engagement for brands that don't need a long-term partner — they need a senior reset.
